Question 1

How is the fuel drain quote calculated?

Accepted Answer

Your quote depends on your location in Suffolk, your vehicle type (car, van, camper, prestige), the type of contamination (petrol in diesel, diesel in petrol, AdBlue, water), and whether the engine was started requiring a fuel line pressure flush.

Question 2

Are there any hidden callout or late-night fees?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide clear, transparent upfront pricing over the phone or WhatsApp before dispatching an engineer. The price quoted is the price you pay, with no surprise add-ons.

Question 3

Do you charge VAT on your services?

Accepted Answer

No. We are not VAT registered, meaning there is no 20% VAT added to your bill. We issue electronic job sheets and payment receipts immediately upon job completion.
